<b>Elegant Media</b> is an <b>Australian based IT company</b> is seeking for <b>Human Resources Manager </b>to join our established team in Sri Lanka.<p><span>The successful candidate will work on Human Resourses and Business Administration activities.</span><br/></p><p></p><p><br/></p><p></p><p><b>Primary Activities</b></p><p>- Talent acquistion and retention</p><p>- Conduct performance evaluation</p><p>- Managing Pyroll, Staff Attendance and Leaves</p><p>- Staff Welfare and Facility Management</p><p><br/></p><p><b>Personal Profile & Skills</b></p><p>- Diploma of Human Resources Management or Equivalent</p><p>- Minimum 2 years of work experience in Human Resources Management or Business Administration is must</p><p>- Overall knowledge in HR functions including sourcing and recuitment,Training and Development and Facility Management</p><p>- Ability to manage agile environment with minimum supervision</p><p>- Excellent knowledge in MS Office</p><p>- Excellent communication skills</p>
