<p>Plants & Plants Group is a leading horticulture company operating in several business sectors including garden centres, landscaping projects and nurseries. We supply a wide range of plants and related materials to retail customers, landscapers, construction projects, and wholesalers. We are currently looking for a Marketing/Business Development Executive to promote products and services amongst relevant customer segments.<br/><br/>The Business Development Executive will work directly with the executive management to formulate, and then implement various tactical and strategic marketing programmes to achieve short, medium, and long-term organisational objectives.<br/><br/>Primary responsibilities include:<br/>• Develop, implement, and manage promotional activities for various products and services in our stores.<br/>• Develop, implement, and manage the online advertising & promotional campaigns across various digital marketing channels to raise brand awareness and generate leads.<br/>• Follow up on key sales leads until closure by liaising with different internal teams as required.<br/>• Develop and manage long term mutually beneficial relationships with customers, partners, and suppliers.<br/>• Manage and develop the online store.<br/>• Assist in the development/formulation of medium to long term marketing strategy.<br/>• Prepare marketing materials for various internal and external promotions.<br/>• Explore and identify new product and service opportunities in relevant business areas.<br/>• Conduct all business development activities in accordance with company’s code of conduct.<br/><br/>The ideal candidate should be able to think strategically and have at least 5 years of Business Development/Marketing experience (not just sales). <br/><br/>Formal qualifications in marketing such as a degree or equivalent level is required. Must have excellent written and spoken communication skills, focused, detail oriented and a strong sense of ethics. Experience in digital marketing and graphic designing will be a distinct advantage. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated and fitting well with the organisation. <br/><br/>The candidate must be able to work confidentiality and remain calm when under pressure.<br/><br/>Working hours are Monday to Friday 8 AM to 5 PM and Saturday Half Day. Salary range Rs. 45,000 to Rs. 55,000. <br/><br/>Relevant on the job training will be provided. You will have 14 days annual leave from your first year of employment and other benefits.<br/></p>
