<p><b><span style="font-size: 8.5pt;">Job Description:</span></b><span style="font-size: 8.5pt;"></span></p><p><span style="font-size: 8.5pt;">Acorre Energy is looking for a Payment Solutions Architect, who will help us create, expand and maintain a Payment Services Gateway. This position will be a key member of the Gateway Services team, and will share design, development, and support responsibilities within the team in the delivery of Gateway Services in a high-volume, transaction processing environment.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 8.5pt;"></span></p><p><b><span style="font-size: 8.5pt;">Responsibilities:</span></b><span style="font-size: 8.5pt;"></span></p><p><span style="font-size: 8.5pt;"></span></p><ul type="disc"> <li><span style="font-size: 8.5pt;">Design and refactor the company’s Payment Services platform</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 8.5pt;">Contribute to overall architecture and design, working closely with the enterprise architect</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 8.5pt;">Hands on development, plus contributing to the overall software life cycle including participating in code reviews, setting coding standards and introducing new technologies to the team</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 8.5pt;">Work with Quality Assurance and developers to ensure software builds meet system, functional and performance requirements and adhere to corporate polices such as security and privacy</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 8.5pt;">Participate in the design and planning of enhancements to existing products and development of new products</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 8.5pt;">Strong work ethic and ability to work independently, as well as in an Agile development environment </span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 8.5pt;">Work within a SaaS environment</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 8.5pt;">Drive innovation within team and company</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 8.5pt;">Design and deploy overall solution architecture to meet current and future business and product requirements</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 8.5pt;">Create overall architecture blueprints and design patterns to guide development</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 8.5pt;">Conduct technical product evaluation and selection</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 8.5pt;">Align technical architecture and roadmap with product design</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 8.5pt;">Establish credible technical roadmap, documented architecture(s)</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 8.5pt;">Set technical standards and monitor compliance to same</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 8.5pt;">Evangelize standardization and architecture practices</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 8.5pt;">Conduct technical planning sessions to establish agreement on development approach</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 8.5pt;">Work with engineering teams to clarify and enforce rigorous adherence to architecture(s) and technical standards</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 8.5pt;">Support Compliance and Legal with enterprise standards, processes and policies</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 8.5pt;">Contribute to continuous improvement of product ownership and agile processes</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 8.5pt;">Motivate the team with clear, elevating goals</span></li> </ul><p><span style="font-size: 8.5pt;"></span></p><p><b><span style="font-size: 8.5pt;">Qualifications:</span></b><span style="font-size: 8.5pt;"></span></p><ul type="disc"> <li><span style="font-size: 8.5pt;">5+ years experience developing web-based, n-tiered systems</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 8.5pt;">Extensive experience with C#; .NET; JAVA; Phyton; RDBMS e.t.c</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 8.5pt;">Strong skills and knowledge of relational database design and development</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 8.5pt;">Must have a solid background in Transaction Processing and/or Payment Systems, preferably within the Credit Card and ACH realms</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 8.5pt;">Must have a solid understanding of Services-Oriented Architecture and Distributed Architectures</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 8.5pt;">Experience designing and building multi-threaded and asynchronous processing systems</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 8.5pt;">Experience with PCI Compliance regulations preferred</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 8.5pt;">Understanding of the release management and software development lifecycles</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 8.5pt;">MS/BS in Computer Science or related field preferred, or sufficient comparable experience</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 8.5pt;">Previously held role of product or technical solution architect</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 8.5pt;">Payments domain knowledge including high transaction rate processing</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 8.5pt;">Expert knowledge in modern design patterns and blueprinting practices</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 8.5pt;">Expert knowledge of mobile app development practices</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 8.5pt;">Expert knowledge of API, mirco-services and event driven IT architectures</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 8.5pt;">Expert knowledge of data exploitation, Security and concepts</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 8.5pt;">Expert knowledge of cloud-based technology offerings as well as deployment architecture options</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 8.5pt;">Expert knowledge of full stack development and open source components</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 8.5pt;">Strong knowledge of security, controls, privacy and compliance in the Financial Services domain</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 8.5pt;">Strong knowledge of agile development experience</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 8.5pt;">Outstanding technical and non-technical communication and presentation skills</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 8.5pt;">Experience working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to both collect requirements and to communicate the architecture vision and status</span></li> </ul>
