<p><strong>Designation – Receptionist </strong></p> <p><strong>Division - </strong> <strong>Support </strong></p> <p><strong>Staff Type –</strong> <strong>Permanent</strong></p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Proactively work with fellow associates and cross functional teams to ensure the front desk activities run smoothly.</li> <li>To be responsible for all packages/deliveries from vendors/customers and that it is handled as per company policy.</li> <li>Manage visitors to MAST in a courteous and professional manner.</li> <li>Manage the in coming telephone calls and assist associates when necessary, with outgoing calls.</li> <li>Maintain routine clerical records, logs and data and compile routine reports.</li> <li>Coordinate medical claim related activities with associates & insurance provider.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>A’ Level qualified & Diploma or equivalent qualifications in a related field </li> <li>Good interpersonal and communication skills</li> <li>5-6 years experience in handling the front desk</li> <li>Able to work independently in a dynamic environment</li> <li>High proficiency in written & spoken English</li> <li>Well organized, analytical, accurate with attention to details</li> </ul>
