Senior DeveloperLocation: Level 33, West Tower, World Trade Center, Echelon Square, Colombo. Objectives of this RoleThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in; PHP Laravel, AWS, NuXT, coupled with a deep understanding of software engineering principles and best practices. As a Senior Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions that meet our business needs. Responsibilities<ul><li dir="ltr" style="font-size: 13pt;background-color: transparent;vertical-align: baseline;">Technical Leadership:</li><ul><li dir="ltr" style="font-size: 13pt;background-color: transparent;vertical-align: baseline;">Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.</li><li dir="ltr" style="font-size: 13pt;background-color: transparent;vertical-align: baseline;">Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.</li></ul><li dir="ltr" style="font-size: 13pt;background-color: transparent;vertical-align: baseline;">Architecture and Development:</li><ul><li dir="ltr" style="font-size: 13pt;background-color: transparent;vertical-align: baseline;">Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance web applications using PHP Laravel, AWS, NuXT, and other relevant technologies.</li><li dir="ltr" style="font-size: team members.</li></ul></ul> Requirements<ul><li dir="ltr" style="font-size: 13pt;background-color: transparent;vertical-align: baseline;">Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.</li><li dir="ltr" style="font-size: 13pt;background-color: transparent;vertical-align: baseline;">Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience as a senior developer or similar role in a software development environment.</li><li dir="ltr" style="font-size: 13pt;background-color: transparent;vertical-align: baseline;">Strong expertise in PHP Laravel, AWS, NuXT, and other modern web development technologies.</li><li dir="ltr" style="font-size: 13pt;background-color: transparent;vertical-align: baseline;">Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make informed technical decisions.</li><li dir="ltr" style="font-size: 13pt;background-color: transparent;vertical-align: baseline;">Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and collaborate
