<p style="text-align: justify;"><b><span style="color: black;">KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:</span></b></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><b><span style="color: black;"><!--StartFragment--><b style="font-size: 14px;text-align: justify;">As Senior HR Administrator:</b><br/></span></b></p><p></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><b></b></p><p></p><ul><li>Oversees the daily workflow of the department.</li><li>Leads, directs, coordinates, and implements policies and processes to support the organizations human resource compliance and activities.</li><li>Handles the entire life cycle of the employee from Job Offer to Separation.</li><li>Conducts employee orientation and on-boarding.</li><li>Acts as a single point of contact on all concerns related to company policies, compensation, activities, promotions, and compliance with legal laws.</li><li>Leads the creation and implementation of staff engagement/training programs to promote organization culture.</li><li>Collaborates with the HR Manager and senior leadership to understand the organizations goals and strategy.</li><li>Conducts research and analysis of organizational trends best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies and applies this knowledge to communicate changes in policy, practice, and resources to the management.</li><li>Monitors and ensures the organization’s compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices.</li><li>Listens to employee concerns, handle investigation of employee issues and conflicts, and conduct proper disciplinary procedures.</li><li>Keeps confidential files and employee records by developing a filing and retrieval system.</li><li>Communicates and maintains trust relationships within the organization and nurtures a positive working environment.</li><li>Serves as a public speaker and public relations representative of the company.</li></ul><p style="text-align: justify;"><b>As Senior Recruiter:</b></p><ul><li>Successfully develops solid recruiting strategies to reach the top talent.<span id="selectionBoundary_1728527931211_6436047336994704" class="rangySelectionBoundary"></span></li><li>Manage end-to-end recruiting processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding for all levels of positions,</li><li>Coordinates with Human Resources, Hiring Department, and with the Client to have a good understanding of the roles and its requirements.</li><li>Identifies recruiting sources and networks.</li><li>Places and advertises vacancies appropriately using a wide range of social media networks and job ad boards.</li><li>Interviews prospective candidates via phone, MS Teams, WhatsApp, or in-person to assess skill set, work history, salary, and availability.</li><li>Ensures a positive and efficient experience for all candidates, from initial contact through the offer process.</li><li>Networks with other employers and employees within the same industry by attending conferences, job fairs, seminars, forums, etc. to gain access to the widest possible pool of candidates.</li><li>Ensures that all recruiting practices comply with local, federal, and state regulations.</li><li>Prepares daily and weekly report for the planning of new recruiting strategies.</li><li>Willing to take on new responsibilities as may be assigned by the management.</li></ul><!--EndFragment--><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><ul><b></b></ul><p></p>
