A degree or Higher National Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.Expertise in programming, databases, networking or other specialized IT areas.Proficiency in relevant tools and platforms (e.g., Python, Java)Ability to evaluate students fairly using exams, assignments, and projects.Good communication skills.Enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
