JOB DESCRIPTION

**Verify payment details

**Handle all back-office duties related to payments.

**Perform all other support duties as may be required

**Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

**Communicate with internal departments and clients or customers to resolve any payment-related issue or concerns.

QUALIFICATIONS

*Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

*Proficient in computer applications especially MS Excel.

*Must be able to communicate and write in English

*Preferably candidates with relevant experience in payments processing at a bank or similar institution.

*Ability to multitask and prioritize workload.

*Able to work on public holidays.
