We are looking for an Account Assistant

Duties & Responsibilities.

Manage Finance and Administrative Functions.

Preparation of Employees’ Payroll System.

Suppliers’ and Customers’ Payment Handling.

Petty Cash Handling.

Manage and Maintain Budgets, Expenses, Inventory and Supplier Payments.

Prepare Bank Reconciliations, Cash Flow Statements and Monthly Management Accounts.

Pre-Requisites,

Graduate or Undergraduate degree in Accounting Finance.

Minimum 1 year of Experience as a Trainee Assistant Account.

Excellent Communication and Presentation skill.

Experience in Handling Accounting packages.

Good in Analytical Skill and Computer Literacy (Experience in Advanced Excel will be an

added Advantage).

Willing to Learn and a Positive Attitude
