Qualification
1. Education qualifications; AAT SL stage III, CMA-Intermediate stage, CIMA- Intermediate or equivalent accounting exams
2. Experience; 1 or 2 years in the accountancy field and knowledge in Quick Books is mandatory.
3. Literacy; Fluency in verbal and written communication, preferable in English
4. Computer literacy; Excel, word, outlook, skype.
5. Working hours; Willing to work under pressure and on weekends (if required)

Key Responsibilities
1. Monthly Bank Reconciliation
2. Preparation of payment vouchers and processing online payments
3. Knowledge online banking procedures
4. Daily updating Quick Books
5. Reconciling the additional department reports with the financial statements and ledger
6. Coordinating with Banks on payments.
