Our client is a import/manufacturing/distribution company, specialising in baby products. They are looking for an Admin / Office Assistant with the following.
Responsibilities:
- All administration functions in the company
- Coordinating between departments and operating units in resolving day-to-day administrative and operational problems
- Sending out and receiving mail and packages
- Sending faxes, organizing and arranging files
- Operate a range of office machines such as photocopiers, scanners and computers, A/C, front office display
- Assisting with all aspects of administrative management, directory maintenance, logistics, equipment inventory and storage
- Managing inventory of assets and supplies, sourcing for suppliers (vendors) and submiting invoices
- Coordinating between departments and operating units in resolving day-to-day administrative and operational problems
Requirements:
- GCE A/L
- Good computer literacy in l\/IS Office packages
- Candidate should have valid driving license
- As a Admin and Office Assistant you are expected to be energetic, independent and ability to learn quickly.
