ADVERTISING EXECUTIVE

As an Advertising Executive you will be expected to have a skill set that includes being detail oriented, organized, and enjoys researching. You will have a background in Marketing, outdoor Advertising, Buying, Sales or other related industry. Being friendly and providing outstanding customer service to all relationships you come in contact with will be key.  He/She responsible for general administrative tasks and assisting with design layouts for outdoor advertising. He/She require positive attitude, energetic, hard working, well-organized, accurate, reliable, independent and self motivated.

He / She should have Full/part qualifications in marketing (CIM/SLIM). Wide exposure in the advertising field, preferably with 2 years experience at a recognized ad agency. Should have a flair for creativity coupled with computer literacy. Age below 30 years.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationship with all suppliers.
• Look for innovate and effective outdoor advertising placement.
• Identifying new hoarding and outdoor visibility opportunities.
• Coordinates with other marketing team members to ensure appropriate graphics, data and specifications of ads are accurate and produced timely.
• Create and distributes appropriate advertising communications to showrooms and adhere to deadlines.
• Responsible for all showrooms Indoor and Outdoor Branding.
• Database entry and updating.
• Assisting with the layouts and visual merchandising aspect of the showroom.
