Qualifications and Experience; Ideal candidate should be a graduate in Management."'Agricultural Science or any other related field. Should have a 5 years’ experience in manager/supervisory capacity. Should be able to work in all three languages ( Sinhala, Tamil & English). Experience in Micro finance and exposure in Plantation Sector would be an added advantage. Age below 45 years.
