Assistant compant secretary

• Hold professional membership from ICASL/ACCA/CIMA; • Preferably a member of The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of UK/Sri Lanka; • Possess minimum of 8 years'experience as a company Secretary out of which 5 years of relevant experience in a public listed company;
