Requirements;
Should have a minimum of 2 years work experience in the field of hospitality preferably at a boutique villa.
Be a resident between Matara and Tangalle.
Have good communications skills with proficiency in written and spoken English & Sinhala.
The ability to train, lead and motivate a team under the guidance of the Villa Guardian.
