Assistant Manager - Human Resources
We are looking for a HR generalist with hands on experience in the following processes.
- Experience is managing Recruitment
- Creating Job advertisements & sourcing resumes
- Experience working with recruitment agents
- Screening and scheduling
- Conducting interviews
- Reporting
- Working with an HRIS
- Preparing Monthly HR reports
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint & Viso
- On Boarding
- Conducting HR inductions and On Boarding sessions
- Compensation and Benefits
- Preparation of monthly payroll
- Preparation of Annual Increments
- Conducting Salary surveys
- Experience in Annual Performance Appraisal
- Experience in the normalization process
- Post appraisal development of employees
- Off Boarding
- Conducting exit interviews
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Has a Degree in HR and or/ Professional Qualification in HR with preferably 5 years of experience in the HR domain.
- Past experience working in a Software Development company will be an added advantage.
