Assistant Manager (Human Resources)

Candidate Profile - Possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources. Preferably with a specialization in Performance Management System (PMS). Minimum of 8-9 years of experience in the field of Human Resource Management. Should be able to handle work independently. Excellent computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Power Point). Should have Excellent interpersonal skills and communicational skills.
