The Job

As an Assistant Manager –Sale Force Administration, you will be responsible mainly for the recruitment and selection process of field sales staff of the company. He/She is expected to work closely with internal and external stakeholders and manage the recruitment and selection process efficiently and effectively in order to provide a comprehensive service to the field sales force.

The applicant should possess:

• A Degree or equivalent qualification (preferably in HR) from a recognized institute.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Sales Force Administration/Sales Management/Human Resource Management fields.
• Good track record in the current employment.
• Strong, proven conceptual and implementation skills and interpersonal skills.
• Good command in English and Sinhala (Tamil would be an added advantage)
• Willingness to travel island wide and work closely with branch staff.
• Below 30 years of age.
