Assistant Manager – Training & Development
The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the training and development needs of the Group are fulfilled. Key responsibilities would include;
- Identifying and aligning training needs of the Group
- Developing the training plan for the Group
- Conducting soft skill and management training programmes
- Designing soft skill training programmes
- Identifying improvement areas of existing programmes and developing them
- Executing logistical arrangements for training programmes
- Liaising with external trainers
- Evaluating effectiveness of training conducted
- Managing the training module of the HR information system
- Preparing reports for management decision making
Candidates should possess a minimum of 3 years’ experience in conducting soft skills training and a Degree in HR or Management. Possessing a Diploma or equivalent qualification in Training & Development or Psychology would be advantageous.
Applicants should have an excellent command of English. Strong writing skills, analytical thinking, problem solving capability and interpersonal skills are essential to perform this role.
