Assistant Manager - Training & Development

• Bachelor's degree or Professional Qualification from recognized Institution. • Minimum 7 years of Executive experience in service oriented company, preferably in financial sector. • Financial acumen, including budgeting and resource management. • Knowledge of widely accepted Organizational Development tools such as team building, coaching personality profiles and diagnostic assessments will be an added advantage.
