Assistant Managers - Retail & SME Credit
Job Profile
- Analyzing and evaluating of financial statements and identifying financial solutions based on the clients’ requirements Preparing Credit Proposals as per Bank’s Credit Policy
 - Undertaking customer visits/inspections
 - Reviewing & monitoring the existing portfolio on a periodic basis.
 - Completion of the security documentation within stipulated timelines and lodgment of documentation with Credit Administration/Disbursement Department
 - Supervise the Pawning operations of the Branch
 
Special Skills
- Excellent analytical and report writing skills in order to write detailed credit proposals independently
 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 - Basic skills in Sales
 - Fair understanding of Trade Finance and Treasury Operations. Excellent communication and analytical skills.
 - Good knowledge of NTB Pawning credit policy & Pawning Operations Guidelines
 
Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a Bank /Financial institution with experience in Credit
 - A full/part qualification in Banking /CIMA/CIM/ACCA/ACA or completion of 2 years of a 3 year Degree Programme from a recognised University.
