What you should have;
A minimum of 2 years experience supporting and administering BizTalk environments BizTalk 2010+ in the Enterprise.
A full understanding of the deployment process for BizTalk including the various methods available for deploying artefacts.
An understanding of the relationships between BizTalk and IIS, SOL, MSMQ. and adapter connections.
