Business Analyst

Responsibilities
Elicit and clearly document business and/or systems requirements to
ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements
Serve as a liaison between business and IT to assist or gather business
requirements needed for system modifications, enhancements, and
implementations
Own the entire requirement management process which includes
requirements elicitation, prototype development, requirement reviews,
and documentation
Construct workflow charts and diagrams by studying system capabilities
Collaborate closely with developers to implement requirements and
provide necessary guidance to testers during the QA process and assist
them when required
Candidate Profile
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of work experience with strong analytical skills in
business analysis
Experience in either Finance/Manufacturing/ERP/Business Intelligence
and/or Supply Chain Management
Proven experience in eliciting requirements and generating related
documentation
Proven experience working with enterprise level solution developments
with foreign clients
Exposure to Agile, Scrum and Jira
Bachelor’s degree in IT/Science/Engineering or related business subject
Experience in working with foreign clients
