F & B Captain -
Diploma degree in the hospitality field with a minimum of 4 years experience in a similar role.
Previous experience in leadership and supervisory roles are a definite plus.
Depth knowledge of the food & beverage.
F & B Supervisor -
Diploma degree in the hospitality field along with not less than 4 years experience in a similar role.
Creating menus, managing food costs, maintaining inventories, managing the staff, liaising with vendors, and maximizing productivity.
