Captain / Supervisor - Food & Beverage

The person - Diploma degree in the hospitality field with a minimum of 4 years experience in a similar role. Previous experience in leadership and supervisory roles are a definite plus. Depth knowledge of the food & beverage. Excellent organization, planning skills and ability to control of supplies. Customer driven and extremely proactive.
