Chief Operating Officer – Volkswagen / Subaru Automobiles

SENOK is the agent for VW, Audi and Subaru. We are seeking a Chief Operating Officer with a proven track record of achievement in strategic leadership in taking the organization to the next level of service excellence.

Duties of the COO include, but certainly not limited to, planning, motivating and coordinating with the various Departments through leadership and solid business practices.

Job Profile   

• You should ensure the profitability by overseeing the various departments which include variable operations (sales & financing), fixed operations (service & parts), and the business office (accounting & administration). 
• possess strong leadership and organizational skills.
• have strong communication skills to deal with customers, employees and vendors is a must.
• be required to stay abreast of the state and local regulations affecting the operations and comply with them.
• have the ability to take good Customer centric decisions and possess up-to-date knowledge of best customer practises.
• have the ability to provide the necessary training to the staff Members on regulations and ethical practices.

Qualifications & Experience

1. Bachelor’s Degree and or relevant advanced degree strongly preferred.
2. Should be enthusiastic about automobiles and have thorough technical knowledge.
3. Age  preferably below 45 years
4. Strong personality with skills in negotiation and persuasion.
5. Good work - related references would be an advantage.
6. Have hands-on experience in MS Outlook and Word and basic skills in MS Excel.
7. Previous experience in a similar field would definitely be an added qualification.

The salary package is negotiable based on competency and suitability for the post.
