The Job role :
- Analyze & make recommendations to improve productivity while maintaining established goal.
- Analyze & prepare reports for management on team target achievements.
- Manage performance of agents of multiple level.
- Cooperate with the QA department in service quality improvement.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a Collections Team Lead or similar role.
- Minimum 01 year experience is required.
- Age Between 18 - 40 years.
- Familiarity with laws related to debt collections.
- Working knowledge of MS Office and databases.
- Fluent in English and Sinhala.
- Comfortable working with targets.
- Effective team management.
