The Job

An opportunity exists for energetic individual with experience in brand management or marketing communication to provide marketing and communications support for the “Recruitment Process” whilst positively contributing towards the achievement of recruitment targets of the company both in terms of quality and quantity.

The Applicant should possess:

• A Degree in Marketing, CIM or SLIM Full qualification or equivalent qualification in a    recognized institute.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in managerial level in a reputed organization. (Brand management or communication experience would be an added advantage)
• Strong, proven conceptual and implementation skills and interpersonal skills.
• Good command in English and Sinhala languages. (Knowledge of Tamil   would   be an added advantage)
• Willingness to travel to regions/branch Offices Island wide.
• Below 40 years of age.
