Consultancy Services for Project Final Evaluation: Strengthening Community Dispute Resolution – II
The evaluation will cover relevant OECD-DAC evaluation criteria - relevance, coherence, effectiveness, efficiency, intermediate impact and sustainability of the project and the EU and SEDR evaluation criteria. Key principles that should drive the design of the final evaluation are the Common Ground
Approach, Conflict Sensitivity, and Do No Harm principles.
The specific objectives of the evaluation are to:
Assess the relevance, coherence, effectiveness, efficiency, impact and sustainability, prioritizing the assessment of the expected results, objectives, and overarching goal;
Extract lessons learned and good practices from the project and utilize them to inform future program designs and potential subsequent phases; and
Document 6 "success stories" stories.
