Requirements: Recognised Degree/Diploma in Psychology and/or Higher Diploma in Counseling. 02 to 03 years of relevant experience preferably in an apparel manufacturing environment. Good interpersonal skills, ability to work independently as well as function as an effective team player. Dynamic, self motivated and patient. Ability to conduct training programmes.
