Customer Care Officer

Requirements; At least 2 passes at the GCE A/L Examination. A professional qualification would be a distinct advantage. 3 years’ experience in the service industry, preferably in healthcare or hospitality is advantageous. Fluency in Sinhala and English is a must, while knowledge of Tamil would be definite advantage.
