Excellent Command in English (Both Verbal & Written).

Good Analytical Skills.
Ability to resolve issues, provide solutions & make decisions independently.
High level of IQ combined with sound analytical skills.
Prior experience in BPO, KPO, Administration or similar capacity would be an added advantage.
