Customer Support Executives
1 - 2 years' experience in hotel or travel industry in reservations customer care.
Strong customer service & client management.
Experience in responding & resolving customer issues via phone, email & chat.
Maintain excellent rapport with hoteliers & customers.
Responsible, friendly person who can work independently.
Willing to do shift work (Day or Night) on a 06 day work week.
Preferably having a professional qualification.
Good team player.
