Demi Chef De Partie

The candidates should have minimum of 3 years culinary experience in a reputed Hotel in Sri Lanka or abroad in a similar position. They must be able to work flexible and extended hours. Co-operative and responsive attitude, willingness to learn and adapt to our standards and pre-emptive alert to customer needs are expected. Exposure in a boutique resort and/or upper scale hotel would be an added advantage.
