Design Assistant

• Work alongside product development exec and pattern techs to gain knowledge of design and fit.

• Coordinating with buyers to obtain their views on the produced design and making the necessary changes to satisfy their preferences.

• Creation of illustration and garment sample presentations to customers.

• Organize the Dye bags lease with outside Dying facilities.

• Update the BOM’s and Design Sketch for any design or RM changes, before Handed over the design pack to sample room and Costing

• Maintain and organize the resource library of raw materials and samples

• Microsoft Word and Excel will be tools utilized to communicate information regarding raw materials and supplies.

Qualification:

- Degree or diploma in fashion designing  

• 2 years design experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; prefer proficiency in use of a Mac Intosh Computer and Adobe Illustrator
