Executive Chef

Chinese Dragon Cafe needs Executive Chef to be recruited immediately responsible for all food production including that used for restaurants & outdoor catering functions and develop menus, and recipes. Supervise staff., develop and monitor food and labor budget for the department and maintain highest professional food quality and sanitation standards.
