Executive - Industrial Relations
■ A degree in HR or Diploma in LR Labour relations and a minimum of 4-5 years' related work experience in a factory/manufacturing environment is mandatory. Exposure in working with unions will be an added advantage.
■ Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with people at varying levels of the organization.
■ Sound analytical and problem solving skills.
■ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Sinhala language.
■ Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
■ A good team player with the ability to work independently and multi-task when required.
