Executive - Packages

The ideal candidate should be below 30 years of age and have passed the GCE (A/L) exam. A minimum of 3 years’ work experience in the airline industry or outbound tour company, preferably in an IATA accredited organisation, is essential.

Candidates should possess strong interpersonal and presentation skills, an excellent command of English, ability to handle clients, ability to arrange tour packages and a flair for sales.

Main duties and responsibilities of the position include;

  • Attending to client requirements
  • Arranging hotel packages for clients
  • Maintaining Amadeus reservation queues and airline online checking
  • Preparing sales reports
  • Handling visas
  • Assisting with immigration and emigration procedures
  • Accompanying client groups on overseas visits when required
  • Securing new business
