You hold a degree or a professional qualification in Production Engineering or related field. A minimum experience of 2 years in a similar role within the industry is required. You demonstrate communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with all relevant teams and lead your shift. Effective time management, skill prioritization capabilities and performing under pressure is imperative.
