Factory Manager

We are looking for a mature individual with strong Administrative Skills and excellent communication abilities. The ideal candidate would have 8-10 years experience heading an operational facility, preferably in the area of Food manufacture and should be a Team Player with the ability to motivate and lead a multi disciplinary team at the plant.
