Position - Fashion Buyer
Location - Colombo
Key Responsibilities ÷
- Research and analyze market trends to identify emerging styles and consumer preferences.
- Select and purchase merchandise that aligns with our brand vision and target market.
- Collaborate with designers and suppliers to negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage product turnover to maximize profitability.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and manufacturers.
- Prepare reports on sales trends and product performance.
Qualifications ÷
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Fashion Buyer or in a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for trends.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
