A high degree of organization and ability to thrive in a fast paced environment is required. Maintenance of high service standards and acting as a role model is expected. Ability to interact with demanding guests, anticipate their needs and ensure their full satisfaction is a key attribute. The ideal candidate should be aged around 35 with 8 - 10 years’ restaurant experience. knowledge of European, Asian cuisine, wines/spirits and experience in luxury resorts overseas.
