Front Office Coordinator
Requirements
- Passed G.C.E Advance Level
- 3 - 4 years of similar experience in the corporate sector
- Experience in administration will be an added advantage
- Possess a good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Sinhala
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to telephone calls and manage correspondence
- Greet and check-in visitors
- Responsible for coordinating inward and outward mails, couriers and deliveries.
