Minimum 10 years experience in Front Office operations including 3 years as a Front Office Manager in a leading star class hotel. Being a Graduate/Diploma holder from a recognized Hotel School will be an advantage. Experience in liaising with Travel agents will be preferred. Fluency in English. Computer literate.
