Essential Requirements -
Experience in the same or similar capacity of a start class hotel group.
Hands on experience in the relevant field.
Exceptional communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
Polite and confident with a great deal of patience.
Adequate knowledge of personalized services and processes.
Strong influencing, interpersonal and communication
Flexibility and adaptable to handle demanding workload.
