Applicants should be under 50 years of age with a proven track record in a managerial role for a minimum of 5 years in a reputed organization. An energetic, dedicated, self-motivated, hardworking individual with strong leadership and inter-personal skills. A sound educational background with an excellent command of the English and Sinhalese languages (both spoken and written).
