10-15 yrs experience in a good reputed organization preferably in the CAP manufacturing company, (RMG/Textile sector would be added an extra advantage) of which he has spent at last 5 -10 years in a Senior Management position. MBA (Masters Degree) in any discipline from any reputed Institute.
