Graduate or engineers with BE/ B.Tech, or from reputed / recognized Fashion Institute. Should have experience more than 10 years. Should have excellent analytical skills. Eye for detail, good working knowledge of Quality and exposure to international quality systems. Strong inter-personal skills and ability to lead by example is highly desirable. Should be detail oriented and be adequately exposed to every stage of garment manufacturing from patterns to final shipment.
