-An experienced Call Center team leader, who has experience in creating a Call Center from scratch (ideally in banking or lending)
-Development of all Call Center processes with maximum automation
-Effective team management (7 people in the beginning, the team grows dynamically). Candidate selection, interviewing, training and coaching
-Monitoring and analyzing performance results, ability to find methods and ways to improve team performance
-Conducting individual and team meetings with employees to review current performance and motivate to improve results
-Ability to work with automated phone system - running autodial, loading base, filling out reports
-Skills in working with basic reporting (SLA, Abandoned rate, FCR, Occupancy)
-Listening to the calls to identify mistakes and find ways to improve the results)
-Provide ongoing training and development to the team
-Active person, leader, able to lead a team, motivate, develop and inspire results Ideal candidates prior skills, expertise:
-Successful experience in the position of Team Lead, Head of CC Group
-Banking, PDL business experience
-Good English skills
-Skills in working with basic reporting
-Great Communication skills o Analytical skills
