Director of Sales and Marketing - MBA with a minimum of 10 years experience in the hospitality industry. Should have worked at least two years in 5/ 4 star. Sales and Marketing Managers - Graduates or post graduates specialized in Marketing with a minimum of 6 to 7 years in the hospitality preferred. Reservation Managers - Graduates with a minimum of 5 years experience in Hotel Reservation .The applicant should have work experience of at least 2 years in 4 star/ 5 star hotels. Reservation associates - Degree in hospitality or tourism management with at least one year relevant experience in 4/5 star hotels. Restaurant Manager / Duty Manager front office / Housekeeper] Sous Chefs - Graduate in Hotel management with a minimum 6 -7 years in the industry of which at least 3 years of work experience in 5/4 star hotel / resort. Supervisors for F&B, Housekeeping, Front office, Engineering - Professionally qualified candidates with a 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in the field. Guest Service Associates for F & B and Front office - Professionally qualified candidates with a minimum of 2 years work experience of which at least one year should be in a 5/4 star or boutique properties. Room boys/ Chamber maids - Candidates with a minimum of 1 year experience in housekeeping in hotels of repute .Ability to communicate in English will be an added advantage.
